For over the last 7 years, Casey has immersed herself in the ever expanding world of the holistic arts. After completing an Energywork Therapy program at the California Academy of the Healing Arts in 2012, she studied yoga in India.

This ancient system of healing brought on the understanding of how the physical and energetic bodies must work together to create overall harmony.  By integrating the art of Yoga, breath work and meditation, she assists in facilitating relaxation, grounding, and detoxification of the body. As she continues her education in healing, she is excited to share her knowledge and insight with clients and patients at the Cohn Health Institute
