Collagen Induction Therapy, also known as Micro-Channeling, is a safe and effective way to improve the appearance of skin. Sevel small needles are used to create microchannels in the skin. The micro-injury stimulates blood vessels to dilate and release antibodies, white blood cells, growth factors, enzymes and nutrients to the treated area. This stimulates the deposition of fresh new collagen and elastin to increase dermal thickness. The microchannels also allow for efficient penetration of topical medications. The topical serum is tailed to the patient and their desired results.
