Elizabeth is a graduate of Healing Hands School of Holistic Health. Her strong
background in energy work, Yoga, and Traditional Chinese Medicine has helped her
become sought after as a somatic healing facilitator. Working in the field since 2015,
Elizabeth is passionate about combining various modalities for optimal therapeutic
bodywork. Her intention is to access your unique makeup of body, breath, memory,
