Signs Your Monthly Cycle is Irregular
A common misconception among women and their menstrual cycles is that we are all doomed to suffer during our time of the month. My response to that is, “Says who??” Just because your period has consisted of pain, cramps, mood swings, and a heavy flow since you started menstruating at a young age doesn’t mean that it’s normal! Ideally, your monthly cycle shouldn’t bring any symptoms other than a moderate flow for 3-5 days. Any additional symptom is your body sending you red flags that something is up and needs to be addressed! Some common red flags to pay attention to:
